Lutherhaven

All reservations go through Waterway Wealth Management Financial office at 8300 Carmel Ave NE Suite 103, Albuquerque, NM 87122 - (505)275-2436 or lutherhavennm@gmail.com.  Basic information needed to make a reservation is: date desired, Group/Family name, Event taking place (if applicable), number of people attending, what you want to reserve (Lodge, up to 5 tent sites, or the RV site).  You will receive a response within 5 days.

Lutherhaven is fully open as of July 1, 2021.


  • Reservations may be made only by Lutherhaven members.  Membership forms are available under Donations and Membership tab. Church groups, complete the Church Membership form.  There is no charge for Church membership. 
  • Check calendar for Lodge and campsite availability.  Use form below to submit a reservation request or email your request to: lutherhavennm@gmail.com 
  • A 1-day gap will be maintained between reservations to allow for maintenance and re-supplying.
  • The campsite bathroom and shower are intended for people using the tent sites.  If you are reserving the RV site and would like to use the camping bathroom, indicate this when you make your reservation.  This can be accommodated if no one has reserved the tent sites. 
  • All visitors are asked to follow our Cleaning Instructions before leaving. 


Lutherhaven is open to Lutherans and members of all synods. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual members and families may only reserve the building within a month of their requested date to allow groups the opportunity to reserve.  There are no restrictions on how far ahead group reservations may be made.  A payment of half the estimated reservation fee must be received within two weeks of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. 

Cancellations for groups must be made at least 30 days prior to the reserved date to have up-front fees returned; cancellations of family/individual reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the reserved date in order to receive a full refund.  For reservations that are cancelled after the cut-off dates, up-front fees minus a $25 processing charge will be refunded.
