• Reservations may be made only by  individual members or member churches.   Membership expires at the end of each calendar year.  Membership forms are available under Donations and Membership tab; the membership fee may be paid along with payment for a reservation. Church membership is free, but churches who use Lutherhaven must complete a Church Membership form and designate a point of contact (POC) in their congregation. 
  • Check calendar for Lodge and campsite availability.  Use form below to submit a reservation request or email your request to: lutherhaven.nm@gmail.com 
  • In general, a 1-day gap will be maintained between reservations to allow for maintenance and re-supplying, but requests for reservations that start the day following the last day of a previous reservation will be considered.  The campsite bathroom and shower are intended for people using the tent sites.  If you are reserving the RV site and would like to use the camping bathroom, indicate this when you make your reservation.  This can be accommodated if no one has reserved the tent sites. 
  • All visitors are asked to follow our Cleaning Instructions before leaving. 

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.  Reservations for individuals or groups may be made starting in January for the Lutherhaven season (April - October) that calendar year.  To reserve for events farther out, email lutherhaven.nm@gmail.com or call 505-275-2436 (Waterway Wealth Management) for special permission. Payment in full should be made upon receipt of the invoice confirming your reservation, but not later than one month prior to the start of the reservation.


Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a reservation, email lutherhaven.nm@gmail.com or call 505-275-2436 right away.  If your decision to cancel is the result of fire restrictions in the area, inability to access Lutherhaven due to muddy roads, etc. or due to Covid infection in your group, you may move your reservation to another available time or receive a full refund, regardless of when the cancellation is made.  Cancellations for other reasons will be fully refunded if made more than 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.  If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation start date, a $25 fee will be charged to change the reservation to an alternate date or will be deducted from the refund.

Lutherhaven

All reservations go through Waterway Wealth Management Financial office at 8300 Carmel Ave NE Suite 103, Albuquerque, NM 87122 - (505)275-2436 or lutherhavennm@gmail.com.  Basic information needed to make a reservation is: date desired, Group/Family name, Event taking place (if applicable), number of people attending, what you want to reserve (Lodge, up to 5 tent sites, or the RV site).  You will receive a response within 5 days.
